I feel kind of stupid because I know the Paypal IPN has been discontinued but I still have it installed because I get an error message below when I try to uninstall it:
What do I need to do so I can totally uninstall it?
Also, I received the following email from PayPal today, and I don't understand what they are talking about. I got a PayPal order yesterday 8/23/22 so not sure what this means. I did go into my PayPal account and changed the IPN from Merchant2 to mm5.
Below are my Payment Settings in my Miva store. I did have a priority setting of '1' for PayPal Express Checkout and/or Payments but changed it to '0'. Also when I checked the PayPal Commerce Platform, my PayPal account wasn't linked. I have since linked it. What have I done wrong or have I corrected the email problem sent by PayPal?
