PayPal Smart Buttons Abandoned Cart on Cancel & Return

I noticed in Review Baskets we have baskets with order numbers attached to them but there was only a partial Ship To address and no Bill To address.

Ship To:

Warrenville, IL 60555
US



So I did some testing and found out that this happens when a potential customer uses the PayPal Smart Buttons and then clicks the Cancel and Return link.

Is there any way more information Bill To/Ship To can be collected in order to trigger abandoned cart emails?

Is there a setting in PayPal?

If not is there an abandoned cart type service that PayPal offers for this situation?

PayPal does not give us any of the Bill To data and address line 1 is not sent until the order is placed. So if a customer never completes the order in PayPal this is all the data we have access to.

Well I'll be damned... Roughly 2 hours after testing I got this email... Lets Just say PayPal has it covered. I'll leave this here for future reference.
