Set encryption on; can't turn it off

There is no option to turn it off or change the phrase on orders that have already been placed; that is intentional since there would be no security if you could change or disable the pass phrase. That is also why each time you change to a new encryption key, the old ones stay around, since they're needed to decrypt the orders that were placed with them.

Any way to turn it off for future orders? For some reason our en/decryption is broken and we are locked out of all orders after we turned it on.

      Philip,

Can you please open a ticket on this, we've heard some isolated reports but never been able to actually replicate. We'd like to take a deeper dive.

Philip is this in a 4.x store or a 5.5 store? Since this thread is in the 4.x area?
          Thanks,

It's 5.5u7. My apologies. I was searching for answers and didn't realize I had drifted out of the 5.5 forum.
