I dislike working with credit card processors, so we have kept the one we use in our brick/mortar store. I've always considered merchant services salesmen as being quite deceptive.
Authorize.net is the only gateway our processor accepts.
The Authorize.net module is weak. I have a few questions about Chase Paymentech in order for us to consider switching.
Chase Paymentech:
1) Does it allow for partial captures. An initial partial capture, along with a second capture.
2) Does it allow for refunds. Both partial and full?
3) Does it allow for capturing funds greater than the initial authorization? Sometimes a customer will increase their order by phone, and we would like to capture funds greater than the initial authorization.
I may have a few more questions that I'll post to this thread.
I'm going to need to feel confident about the Chase module before switching to them.
Thank you.
