Phone Orders: Where's Canada, Australia, United States?

PR8. I don't see Canada, Australia, or United States in the drop-down list of countries when creating a new phone order.
Am I missing something?
Nor do I see Canada or Australia in the list of countries when clicking Countries on the left.

That's going to be controlled by your Countries list in your Store and/or Global Settings. Did you turn them off for shoppers?
