Related Products not displaying after MM9 Update

Hello, everyone. I have a support ticket in about this already, but figured I'd ask here as well just to see if anyone else is experiencing/has experienced the issue.

Basic problem: our related products have disappeared after upgrading to MM9.

What I've already checked:

• I've looked through our templates and previously we were using the "product_list" mvt item to display the related products. I see in updated templates that a "related_products" mvt item is being used, but we do not have that item.
• We use a basic if statement of product_count NE 0 that is producing a false, so nothing is displaying.
  • The product_list item does not display anything even when outside of the if statement.
  
  
• The tab in the PROD page is active as "Related Product List Layout".
• Related products are assigned to products, so they are there, just not getting populated on the PROD page.
• I think we are on an MMUI framework, but nothing is selected when looking at frameworks.
• Even reverting to "point + click" for the templates does not display the related products.

Any ideas would be great if you have some!

Just to let everyone know this was resolved by the great Miva staff. I was missing the related_products item and that seemed to be the culprit.
