Where does the list of current Payment Gateways that work with Miva Merchant reside at? I was looking to send it to a potential new store owner.

I've come up with this list but might be missing something:

• PayPal
• Amazon Pay
• Quickbooks Merchant Services
• Payflow
• Authorize.net
• Chase Paymentech Orbital
• Cybersource
• First Data Global
• Square

I would add a few items:

Braintree
PayPal Payments Advanced, PayPal Payflow Pro, PayPal Payflow Link (One module (PayPal Payments Advanced and/or Payflow Gateway) for 3 different PayPal services)
PayPal Website Payments Pro
Quickbooks Merchant Services is called Intuit Merchant Services
First Data is deprecated and they're no boarding new clients on a service compatible with that module.

The gateways that use an iframe are:


Braintree
PayPal Payments Advanced
PayPal Payflow Link (configured in the PayPal Payments Advanced and/or Payflow module)
Square

*MivaPay also gives you an iframe and works in conjunction with your normal payment gateway. Currently MivaPay is compatible with the following gateways:

Authorize.Net
Chase
PayPal/Payflow Pro
Intuit Merchant Services
CyberSource

can we do refunds through Authorize.net through the store admin? I seem to remember back in 2015 that it didn't used to work to do refunds or partial refunds. I have it and need to do both.

I can't recall if Auth.net supports Partial Refunds via the Admin (I think it does) but it definitely supports full refunds via the admin. I'd do a $1 test order and see if you can partially refund it. Otherwise I can check with Dev.

Yep, Authorize.Net supports partial refunds.

I just wish it did not require an encryption key in order to do it. The employee issuing the credit does not need the credit card info anyway to issue credit. All they need is to confirm that it got done.

I just dont like the idea of giving employees the encryption key in order to issue a refund, it defeats the purpose of PCI DDS, the less people access to that data the more secure it is. Thus I am forced to do all refunds myself, fortunately its far and few in between.

I would however like to see is the ability to assign which employee an issue credits and a dropdown list of reasons why credit is being issued versus free form text, with an option for other and empty text field.
