You should be able to access it now.

So, now back to my original problem - how do I convert the EP Addendum module?

I've found some instructions but coding examples (that can be copy, pasted and edited) like Bill gave are needed.
Leslie, old man Weiland is a very tough act to follow.
              Thank you, Bill Davis

Basically, you create a custom field for each of the old Addendum questions; then you put Read_XXX and Write_XXX tags on the page templates to save and display the fields (where XXX may be Basket or Order, depending on the page). The devil is in the details, of course ... I've done this work for other clients; you can drop me a line by email if you need more help.

You should also be able to add "required" and even "fees" using native SMT coding...but yea, i think for store owners, someone (hint, hint) should write a tutorial.

I think it would be what Bill would have wanted...
