    Miva Merchant Synchro - Sync With Quickbooks

    I have a client that is using synchro and it is to update the inventory. There are about 450 products that are not synching AND it is set up to go into maintenance mode when the syncing starts but it is not taking it out of maintenance mode when it completes. We have a ticket into support and so far no fix - but wanted to see if anyone had come across this and what the fix or issue might have been.

    Hello Mish,

    I found your client's ticket. I will review it and send them an email. At a quick glance, the 450 products that are not getting synced is more than likely a mapping issue or the fact that the full product scan never completes.

    Regarding the store not coming out of maintenance mode. This will only occur if the synch is unsuccessful, meaning there were errors during the synch so it never completes. It will come out of maintenance mode if the synch goes through successfully. I've tested this on my synchro installation. I looked at your clients log files and they do contain errors, this would explain why it didn't come out of maintenance mode.
