    AmazonPay Down?

    Anyone else having problems with AmazonPay?

    We had a successful AmazonPay order come through yesterday around 9:30am, but then yesterday evening around 6:30pm we had a customer complaint that AmazonPay was not working.

    We tested both desktop and mobile this morning and also found that AmazonPay hung on the final step after selecting payment type.

    As a follow-up:

    Whatever the issue is, it's only affected one of our sites.

    There were no changes to the site that I'm aware of between the hours when it worked and when it stopped working.

    Back in February I did put a fix in place (on both of our sites) to deal with AmazonPay changes that broke the Miva template.

      Hello delcorsets,

      We haven't seen any trends with amazon pay being down in our help desk. The fact that only one of your sites is impacted by this is a good sign that it's not a global issue. Do you have a way to test that module yourself with a real amazon pay account to see if it goes through or what errors you get?

        Yes, we tested the site ourselves with our actual Amazon login. We are able to login through the AmazonPay checkout screen, and can get as far as selecting the payment method we want to use. We can get no further than that screen however.. the "continue" button does nothing. There is no error message, shoppers can simply go no further..
