We use Site247 as well and haven't been having issues. Is it a paid account or free account? Can you setup a new account if the old account got hosed?

We have been using Site247.com for our website monitoring for years. Lately we have had numerous issues with it and we cannot even get logged into the account (support has been no help either). So we are on the hunt for a new Uptime Monitor service. Any recommendations?
