Does this information have to be stored in Miva admin, or can it just be
e-mailed to the client with new account info? If an e-mail is okay, and if
you have OpenUI SuperMod, I can create a custom solution for you. There may
be other options out there, but I don't know about them and couldn't find
one on jmhonline.com. Let me know offlist if you'd like a quote.

modStop's customer extra module but it doesn't allow drop-downs.

    Clearing category codes

So I guess going into each category and deleting all the products that are
assigned to the category, then deleting the empty category, is the way to
    go?

Welllll, if you don't have StoreMan, you could, locate blank cats.dbf,
    catxprod.dbf, Xuicats.dbf/dbt, Xprds.dbf/dbt files (X being OUI or MMUI)
close the Store, upload the blanks, then import and reopen the store...if
you had StoreMan, you could do this off line, and if you had StoreMan Pro,
you could do it all from within the StoreMan interface.
