Just tried to contact emedia via the phone number on their site. No answer and the recording message doesn't even mention their company's name. Not very encouraging for our inquiry regarding the QB Quibbler product. Looks like things are no better there yet.:(

Forum: Have the past emedia problems with support been resolved under the new ownership?
We are interested in their Miva -> QuickBooks solution but are apprehensive because of prior support issues.

That's just their corp name, eMediaSales.com is their site (for now) and yes they're doing well.
