Marketing feeds not working?

Anyone else having problems running feeds? I submitted a ticket back on January 5, still no resolution. I have a routine google shopping feed that stopped plus running any other feed doesn't work either.

I apologize for this taking so long. We're working with our internal developers to determine the issue. Tickets that have been escalated internally will have a longer resolution time due to the QA process to reproduce and troubleshoot the error.
