I never received a response to this seemingly basic functionality question.
Also, I now have discovered a potentially related problem. We are using the basic Fedex shipping module, along with USPS module. But when we select "Print Shipping Label" for an order, the only shipping label options that appear in the dropdown are for USPS, even when the customer has chosen a Fedex shipping option for their order. Do we need to upgrade our Fedex module to the Viking Fedex advanced module in order to be able to print Fedex shipping labels? Also, when we try to print a USPS label, we get an error message saying that our account is not authorized to access the Delivery ConfirmationV3 API, even though USPS says that we are.
What's the problem here?
Basically, we don't want to commit to using the new Order/Shipment Management features of the Wombat update (by deactivating the Customer Account Management module) until we are certain that all of the new Order/Shipment Management fuctions are working correctly. At this point, they do not seem to be.
