      Here is a new facet bug. It has to do with the PRICE facet if it displays or not. Naturally the price facet won't display if there is only one result. There needs to be more programming on this though. This assumes that all the products in that category have values entered into the facet field. We can reproduce this bug doing this: Have a category with many products in it and only one of those products has data in a facet field. The facets will show one result when none are checked, which is correct, but the price facet does not show, and it should.

        Yup, we verified Colin's bug too. Do you have an ETA on a fix as we have this implemented in a number of stores and evidently it's not working as it should :)

          Can you clarify what you mean regarding the facet price issue? Im not following. I have category with a lot of products assigned and a custom product field of brand with only a single product having a value. The price shows correctly on initial page load then if I select the facet, it goes away as it should since only 1 product is being show.

                This appears to be a bug with Facets regarding attributes and what appears to be some sort of caching. I will explain this the best I can.

                1) After enabling facets on our DEV Site we noticed that we had three different attribute PROMPT variations for Color (Color, Please choose a color, and Please select a color)
                2) We then went into the attribute template and changed the prompt for all 44 of our custom color attributes to Please select a color
                3) I then cleared all browsing data from Chrome as a precaution and refreshed the search page on our dev site [http://dev.themartialartsstore.com/S...ml?Search=all]
                4) The three attribute prompts for color DID NOT MERGE into one
                5) I then re-ran the Scheduled Task "Update Category Facet Hierarchy" and again nothing changed
                6) I then un-installed and re-installed the Facet Module which re-ran the "Update Category Facet Hierarchy" task and again nothing changed

                I have looked throughout the Miva Admin Interface and can locate nothing to assist me in fixing this issue. Is this a bug? If not how do I fix this??

                    I just started playing around with facets a couple days ago. I've had similar issues. Caching seems to be a big issue from what I could see. I was seeing different things between different browsers. Changes taking effect or not... I've been manually running scheduled tasks. Not sure what the correct procedure is.
                    1. Delete Cached Product List Entries
                    2. Pack Data Files
                    3. Update Category Facet Hierarchy
                    4. Clear Browser Cache

                      Currently when I go to the site http://dev.themartialartsstore.com and do a search for “all” I am only seeing facets for “Please choose a color” and “Please select a color”. Has the “color” option now disappeared?

                      And did you try running the scheduled task for “Delete Cached Product List Entries”? you may need to update that task to remove All list entries and not just expired ones.

                        I tried your suggestion with one addition and it worked to clear up the issue sir. Thank you!

                        This is what i did and you may want to have this added to the HOW TO portion of facets as I think this is important information that people need.
                        1. Delete ALL Cached Product List Entries
                        2. Enable and Ran Update Category Facet Hierarchy

                          ApplePay returns an error "Apple Pay Not Completed. .... try again ...." to customers, while the transaction successfully go through (order placed, money transferred etc.). Making customers to order over and over again.

                          We have applepay + mivapay combination. Latest Miva Merchant 9.07.03

                            There is a Apple Pay bug causing this related to ios11. Its will be fixed globally in 9.8 but there is a JavaScript work around you can implement now. Email our support team and we can get you the temporary fix.

                              I'm way behind schedule updating to 9.7. I just didn't want to do it during the Christmas season. I had read here that I can run the update and it still will function while I schedule to have the readytheme updates done. Is that correct?
