Shipworks does update Miva order status for us when the item is shipped... If you're doing this manually try doing it twice by right clicking>update store> upload shipment details (and repeat)
Not sure why that is but once I finally decided to set up the rule so it automatically updates when a tracking number is entered it works just fine.

This was about ShipWorks (I believe), ShipStation works fine with 10 (although so does ShipWorks). We have a brand new integration launching in the next couple weeks for ShipStation as well.

My biggest issue with Miva's solution is their postage UI. It does not appear they sought input from store owners during the project scope phase. It's a shame, I don't it would take much to improve it.

Hi William - we've been using miva w/shipworks for many years as well. Even with the newest shiwporks module, our order "status" in miva does not get updated when an order ships (we have actions set to do so in shipworks). Does yours work properly? Or did you require any customization for this to work? Calls to miva and shipworks support has provided advice and tips for troubleshooting, but they both have always seem befuddled over the yrs.

Unfortunately, Miva's fulfillment is not documented as well as one would wish (https://docs.miva.com/reference-guide). Fortunately, you can get great support here and from Tech Support.

I'm transitioning from a separate order manager to using Miva exclusively, and I need to add a shipping module to create labels in a way that's more streamlined than Miva's built-in options for UPS and USPS. I've been researching ShipWorks, ShipStation, and ShipRush, but I would love to hear recommendations or warnings from actual users.
