Here is what I have from Development regarding the print drivers for Mac.
MacOS Configuration
The Miva Merchant label printing applet requires a raw printer queue be configured on MacOS. Attempting to print with a printer configured using the available Zebra drivers will be unsuccessful.
Ensure that the printer is connected to the computer and powered on.
Within a terminal window, run lpinfo -v and note the port displayed for the printer being configured.
From the MacOS system being configured, open http://localhost:631 in a web browser. It may be necessary to enable the CUPS Web Portal on the computer, in which case instructions to do so will be displayed in the browser. If prompted, the login and password are the same as the MacOS user credentials.
View the Administration tab and click Add Printer.
Enter any name for the printer and the port noted from the output of lpinfo -v above and press the Continue button.
Select Raw for Make and press Continue.
Ensure that 'Raw Queue 'is selected for Model and press the Add Printer button.
The printer is now configured and will appear in the Miva Merchant printer drop-down list.
Having the same/similar problem printing. Label preview window opens and button says "loading" but doesn't load. Tried in Chrome and IE, got the same thing. Thermal printer works fine on the UPS website. Java problem? I did upgrade the Java and then rebooted everything, cleared caches. Still same problem

You can also run this Java applet test to make sure Java is working properly.
I am using a Mac to do updates on a Miva Merchant 5.5 Production Release 8 Update 6 store. I can't get the global header to update when I click that button after loading a previous version. I have tried in both Chrome and Safari so its not just the browser. I am able to make updates to pages or the message so its not all update buttons. Really bizarre bug but need it fixed as I can't make updates currently.
Yep, did that, Java is working fine but still nothing. I can even print the preview label screen to the thermal printer, but can't get the actual label to load for printing.

If your label says Preview on it when you're printing to Zebra, are you sure you're not in Test mode?
I'm in Production on the UPS Ready Tools tab in the Shipping settings. Is that where it would be in test mode? Yes, the popup label window says Preview behind it.
No not in test mode in production - the labels come up with a Preview across them on the screen. I've done all the instructions and can't get it to print still to the Zebra
Now I'm thinking it's a driver issue. Which driver does miva use for the zebra 2844 and do you know where I could download it? I've looked online but having trouble finding.
Shipping Bug or Just Me? I just started using SmartPost, so I don't know if this is something new.
If I enable SmartPost under the FedEx settings, SmartPost displays at checkout, but all other Shipping Options disappear.
If I disable SmartPost, the other options display.
Products do not have Limit Shipping Methods checked. Enabled are FedEx Ground, Home, and 2nd Day, as well as free ground over certain price using the price table.
