I am downloading and installing Empresa now. I figured it was grouped with MIA install

Sorry about that, you would not have that folder if you don't have Empresa installed. Your path should be /Program Files/Miva/Miva Mia

What does the configuration of Mia's Libraries look like? Can you attach a screenshot?

You don't have a Method for your MySQL library. Update it and change the Method to MySQL (yes it's case sensitive)

Oh and don't download Empresa if you don't plan on using it. Mia is a local "webserver" that is used in the place of Empresa.

updated method to MySQL - still receiving same error.

Does your MySQL database user have ALL privileges granted to it?

When setting up a Miva Mia site I was running setup, when I got to where I put in my Miva Merchant License Number and hit next I recieved the following error -

Unable to open URL ‘https://licensing.smallbusiness.miva...gateway.mv’: Unable to load OpenSSL DLLs

I've contacted Miva but havent heard anything yet. Is this an error on their server or on my computer?
