Jim will be posting the updated 4.14+ (compiled) module here in a few moments.

Commerce library for FBSD pthreads would also be superb since we would be able to do this server side and not have to login to every customer's account to click the update button. Makes rollout much easier. Thanks.

After updating the 5.x module has anyone else had a problem downloading orders through SHIPWROKS I get the following message

"mysql_stmt_prepare:MYSQL has gone away"

The Auth.net module doesn't impact the database in any way, you should contact Shipworks.

New Authorize.net module v4.2402. This will work for any merchant using Miva Merchant v4.14-4.24. Just like the module for v5 this module does not require a commerce library, only OpenSSL.

So to clarify, we're running 4.23 hosted by Hostasaurus. Will our host take care of this or is this something that we will manually have to do?

We now have commerce libraries for all platforms running compiled Merchant.

If you have installed the newer module, v4.2402/v5.5004, you do not need to install a commerce library as the module does not require one.

Kenny, we've updated the commerce library for 4.14 - 4.24 and 5+ stores, which will fix the issue if you are using one of those versions.

You are welcome to update the payment module itself via the Modules menu in the admin if you like, but you only need the library or the new module to fix it.

Just to let some folks mind to rest, I installed the latest Authorize.Net module v4.2402 and it tested OK.

My store's specs:
MM: v4.24 / MVM: v5.03
OpenUI: [4.958/4.984]

hosted by Hostasaurus.

FYI - This problem only impacted Miva Merchant 4.14 - 5.5 stores, older stores using the 3.x (or older) Commerce Libraries were not impacted.

So at this point all the Com Libs are updated (for hosts to update) and Modules updated if the Merchant wants to update.

Also, at this point we have updated all of our shared and dedicated servers (thanks to a little shell scripting), so CybrHost customers do not need to do a thing.

Nice work Miva for identifying the issue and releasing updates before lunchtime (in their timezone anyway!)
