This update includes important new features to help combat against these types of attacks and maintain the highest level of security for your Miva Store.

Expanded Two-Factor AuthenticationAdditional Two-Factor options provides easy

Set up an additional layer of security to ensure all logins to your

    Leverage hardware based encryption as your second factor to make securing your Miva login simple and easy

    Generate one-time use codes to use when key or code is lost

  • Email Notifications

    Keep informed when two-factor settings are changed

    It will be required for full admin users, store managers, and users with a developer key

Browser VerificationPrevent Hackers from
Accessing your Miva Admin

The first time a new Miva admin logs in to a Miva account from a new browser, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to the email address on file. This added layer of security will alert you via email if someone is attempting to login to Miva using your credentials. Learn More.

User Groups ImprovementsDefault User Groups at Domain Level

Now it's easy to add new users and assign them permissions to access the areas of Miva relevant to their roles. Learn More.

    modify existing orders
  • Customer Service & Sales – Create/modify orders, and
    manage customer accounts (including stored payment cards)

Your 3-Steps to a More Secure Miva Platform

We're committed to keeping your Miva system as safe and secure as possible, but we need your help.

  • Step 1

    Input emails for each user who
    logs into your Miva account.

  • Step 2

    Double check that each user has the
    correct User Group permissions.

  • Step 3

    Alert admin users that they need to
    enable two-factor authentication.
