Ecommerce platform extends functionality for quantity limits and local pickup/delivery.
Miva, Inc., ecommerce software and service provider for mid-size and enterprise merchants for 21 years, today announced that they have released two new modules to the Miva ecommerce platform: Quantity Limits and Scheduled Local Pickup & Delivery.
“Efforts to limit the spread of coronavirus have prompted some significant shifts in the way businesses sell,” says Brennan Heyde, VP of Product at Miva. “These new features empower merchants to adapt to changing market needs and keep their customers stocked, safe, and supported.”
The new Quantity Limits module extends the Miva platform’s existing minimum/maximum restrictions functionality, giving online sellers greater control over the product quantities available to each customer.
Scheduled Local Pickup & Delivery
The new Scheduled Local Pickup & Delivery module offers online sellers the ability to support the socially-distant buyer with ordering and scheduling capabilities for both store pickup and local delivery.
“One of the core things Miva does as an ecommerce platform is help our customers solve their problems,” says Heyde. “While these are likely just the first of many features we will be introducing to address the emerging challenges facing online merchants, we are confident that they will help our customers advance their business and continue serving their own customers.”
