San Diego, CA, 19 September 2008 — Miva Merchant, a leading supplier of e-commerce software and services to small and medium sized businesses and Innovative Merchant Solutions (IMS) (www.innovativemerchant.com), an Intuit Company, today announced that they have entered into an agreement to attach payment-processing services to store owners who purchase the popular Miva Merchant e-commerce platform.

The companies also indicated that the alliance marks the beginning of a tighter integration relationship, which will allow the two firms to collaborate on a wide variety of merchant products and services. As an example, new users of the service will be able to integrate their Miva Merchant shopping cart data with their QuickBooks financial data.
