In its annual E-Commerce Platforms Grid report, G2 Crowd awarded Miva Merchant the highest overall satisfaction score in the e-commerce platform category. Miva topped Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and Magento Community when compared to e- commerce platforms with a large market presence. Miva also surpassed notable e- commerce platforms Demandware, Magento Enterprise, SuiteCommerce Advanced, and Hybris, all of which have a comparably larger presence but received below-average user satisfaction ratings. G2 Crowd, the world’s leading business software review platform, releases the Grid each year to help businesses vet and select e-commerce technology.
The annual report aggregates data from experts, peers, everyday users, and social and public data to provide a high-level view of products in the E-Commerce Platform category. Miva Merchant received 4.4 out of 5 stars in user satisfaction ratings, the highest score in the G2 Crowd Fall 2016 E-Commerce Platforms Grid report.
