Miva Merchant, leading ecommerce platform, recently released a case study on La Tortilla Oven, an online business that needed more customization than Volusion was prepared to give them. The new case study looks at how La Tortilla Oven turned to Miva and found a platform that could integrate with all their systems and a company that cared about their business.
Mark Alvarez, Founder and Owner of La Tortilla Oven, found that Volusion was either unable or unwilling to accommodate his business’ needs. Alvarez found that Volusion could not create a custom module and offered problematic tech support, which he believes stems from Volusion’s unwillingness to customize the product.
When Mark Alvarez set out to find a new-ecommerce software provider, he needed an easily customizable platform that could integrate smoothly and completely with the rest of La Tortilla Oven’s systems.
