We are pleased to announce that Miva Inc. was recently named as one of the Best Places to Work in San Diego, by the San Diego Business Journal.
This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in San Diego, benefiting the county’s economy, workforce, and businesses. The list is made up of 100 companies and Miva Inc. has been named one of this year’s Best Places to Work in San Diego.
Companies from across the county entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in San Diego. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
Knowing that a part of qualifying for this award came directly from the feedback of our employees, reminds us that we’re doing something right and gives all of our employees a sense of pride. When discussing company culture both Rick Wilson, Miva President and Russ Carroll, Chairman and CEO believe in focusing on “building the kind of company culture you always dreamed of working within” philosophy and proudly created a happy, creative and productive work environment that generates happy employees and overall a successful business.
As the Miva team continues to grow it’s nice to be able to share this acknowledgement with our newest team members and it continues to motivate us to keep our Miva family determined and proud of their jobs. We are eagerly anticipating August 6th, 2015 where we will be recognized as one of San Diego Business Journal’s Best Places to Work.
