Blocks of Hours are sold in increments of 5. Once your order is processed, you will be assigned an Account Manager and Developer to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue. If they can fix the issue within the 5 hours, they will go ahead and do that for you. Any hours left from fixing the issue are yours to utilize within 12 months from the date of purchase. If our team determines that the issue will take additional hours, they will contact you and discuss the hours expected to resolve the issue.
A valid credit card must be kept on file. All development, research, project management, training & communication time is tracked and considered billable.
