The average Miva merchant processes around 454 orders per month. At roughly five minutes of QBO data entry per order – keying customer info, line items, taxes, and reconciling against the storefront – that's 38 hours of finance staff time every month. Miva Connect eliminates all of it, and removes the transcription errors that come with manual entry. Higher order volumes scale the savings linearly.
Most teams are live in under a week. Setup covers connecting your QBO account, mapping customers and products, and configuring sync direction. A Miva Connect integration specialist walks you through it.
Simple Start and Essentials don't expose the API endpoints required for product, customer, and inventory sync. Miva Connect requires QuickBooks Online Plus, Advanced, or Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES).
Yes. Inventory direction is configurable globally or per product. Miva can push, pull, or sync bidirectionally with QBO.
Failed syncs are logged, retried on schedule, and surfaced in your Miva admin with the failure reason. You're never silently out of sync.
Refunds processed in Miva sync to QBO as credit memos linked to the original invoice. Refunds processed in QBO directly are tracked back to the original order.
